Todd Collett
Todd started Todd’s A/C Inc. and, in 2007, acquired Lake Country Services to form TLC Services. With years of hands-on experience, he’s built TLC on a foundation of quality work and customer trust.
Office Manager
Kristin Collett
Kristin joined TLC in 2010 and helps out wherever needed—whether it’s HR, marketing, or accounting. She enjoys supporting the team and keeping things organized behind the scenes.

Colton Collett
Colton joined TLC in 2010 and brings hands-on experience to every job. As a licensed journeyman and project manager, he helps ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Service Manager
Jeff Geninatti
Jeff came on board in 2016 and now leads our service team. With a focus on reliability and customer care, he works hard to keep things running smoothly for both the team and our customers.
Install Manager
Jacob Renfro
Jacob has been with TLC since 2010 and leads our install team. He oversees everything from new construction projects to equipment changeouts, making sure each job is done right the first time.

Kristina Edwards
Kristina joined the team in 2024 and is often the first point of contact for our customers. She focuses on providing helpful, friendly support and keeping communication flowing smoothly.

Ethan Moore
Ethan joined TLC in 2022 and helps keep the warehouse running smoothly. He stays on top of inventory, organizes incoming parts and equipment, and makes sure the team has what they need to get the job done.

Mike has been with TLC since 2012 and is a licensed service tech known for his reliability, knowledge, and friendly attitude. He’s built strong relationships with customers over the years, often earning great feedback for his outstanding service.

Dylan’s been with TLC since 2016. As a licensed journeyman, he handles installs and maintenance with skill and care. He’s easy to work with, always honest, and usually the one bringing a smile to the job.

Dustin joined TLC in 2020 and quickly became a key part of the install team. He’s a hard worker, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand. As lead installer, he helps keep the team on track and the work done right.
